The
JUBILEE Project
Funded
from 1999, initially for three cycles under the JISC Monitoring
and Evaluation Framework. The project sought to predict, monitor
and characterise information seeking behaviour in relation to EIS,
through a longitudinal discipline- based study in HE institutions.
In cycle 2, a pilot study in FE had been undertaken, and this had
developed into a two strand project in cycle 3. Both HE and FE studies
will now continue into a fourth cycle with four strands: (1) Longitudinal
study; (2) action research; (3) international focus; and (4) information
behaviour.
